Beyond Layers with Kim Klassen
I swear all I write about on my blog these days is about how behind I am on all my photography projects. Really, I hate to be like that. It seems a tad bit negative to me to be honest. So I want to apologize for that, for seeming to be a tad bit negative about being behind, and instead just say to you all that, well, while I don't suspect I'll be caught-up anytime soon with all stuff, I am happy to be able to contribute what I do have finished all the same. That sounds so much better than telling you how behind I am......
So, here is my book review contribution for a Beyond Layers assignment I worked on today. And, while I've yet to finish either book, and am currently reading three more books at the moment (that's just how I roll in the book reading department), I can tell you that I like both books pictured above very much. One in particular more than the other because a friend of mine suggested I read it - so its special to me, and the other, well . . . because I can never get enough photography books! It's sort of like not being able to get enough cow bell, if you know what I mean? Gotta love Christopher Walken. ;)
Anyway, that was some book review, huh? Believe it or not, I used to write book reviews for various publications back in the "day" day. By the way, just so you know, back in the "day" day is even longer than "back in the day." Uh-huh, true story. And just so you know, I was better at it than this. Ha hah... Good thing, too... or else we'd have all starved to death.
All that aside, when I'm finished reading these books, and if I remember too, I'll let you know what I thought of them. But until then, I'm just happy to have posted a photograph of them for now. Yay for me! :)
Happy Monday to you ALL!
