LOL! Dusty, you're so sweet. :) Thank you! It is the sun, yes, and some form of bokeh created along with it by the sun. The "magic hour" is when you can get these kinds of photographs - right before sundown - as the sun is going down. Thanks again for the sweetest compliment! :)
